PROJECT NOTES: KEY FACTS & FIGURES
* The total land area of La Vallee de Dalat is 10,000 sqm. * Only 7 villas will be built on site, ranging from 812 sqm to 973 sqm in size. * Villa A type has 600 sqm of living space and Villa B type has 464 sqm. * Land is privately held, freehold land (not government-leased land able to be sold or leased). * The property is accessed by private road through a guarded gate with 24-hour security. * Land is located in an area zoned for villas (not subject to large-scale development or in an area where there is road noise). * The architect, Asiatique Design, and the developer have adopted feng shui principles in the design and development and will work with buyers to accommodate specific requirements. * For the first two years after the final villa is completed, La Vallee de Dalat will be managed by Khanhtam Development Ltd. and Dai Phuc Ltd., developers of the properties. * Thereafter, a Homeowners’ Committee will select a management company. * Each homeowner or lessee will be entitled to membership in the Homeowners’ Committee. * The committee will supervise common areas of the property and rules of ownership pursuant to the purchase and lease contracts. * Each homeowner and lessee will pay a quarterly fee to be administered by the project manager under supervision of the Homeowners’ Committee * These fees will pay for common costs such as gardening, lighting and security. * Farm animals will not be permitted on the property but normal house pets are acceptable.
